It has 2 master bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms, 2 twin bedded rooms, 3rd bathroom, TV in all bedrooms, family room, formal dining area, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, games room, internet access, air conditioned, smoke alarms. All bed linen and towels provided. Private pool with sun deck area, lanai with patio furniture for alfresco dining.
In gated community of residential and holiday homes with lake and conservation area at rear of villa. Close to variety of restaurants, shops, golf, all leisure pursuits, including fishing, cycling, horse riding, water sports, rodeo, ice skating, 10 pin bowling, cinema, and all Disney theme parks.

Low season includes: 1st to 21st Dec, 2nd Jan to 28th Feb, 1st to 30th Sept.
Mid Season includes: 1st Mar to 30th June (excluding Easter week) 1st Oct to 21st Dec
High Season includes: 1st July to 31st August
Christmas includes: 22nd to 31st Dec

Discounted rates for bookings of 3 weeks and over.

Baby cribs/high chairs, fold away beds can be hired at an additional $35 per item for the full period of stay.
