Calabay Parc is an immaculately maintained, peaceful community surrounded by orange groves and conservation areas. The community is located to the west of Disney World on Hwy 27, which can be accessed from Junction 55 on the I4, or from Hwy192.

Nearby is a Publix supermarket, with various “take-away” restaurants and less than 5 minutes away south on the HWY27, is Posner Park retail park, along with more restaurants and stores.
Walt Disney World is less than a 15 minute drive away, while Universal Studios and Sea World are within a 25 minute drive. The famous HWY192 with its numerous dining outlets, shops, restaurants and attractions is a 10 minute drive. There are 4 Golf courses within a 5 minutes drive including the Champions Gate golf complex
Orlando International airport is 35 minutes away & Sanford airport is 1 hour.

Our executive villa has 2750 sqft of living space, including extended sun deck which allows you to enjoy the sun all day, completed to an extremely high standard and which is situated on a lot not overlooked by neighbouring properties.
Our villa is superbly located and has been designed to cater for your perfect dream holiday.
We have designed or villa to be spacious and luxurious with all the amenities you need to make the trip of your dreams complete. It is the perfect place to relax and you will always look forward to returning at the end of the day. You have all the home comforts and when the children go to bed you can relax around the pool and share a drink or two.
The villa is fully air conditioned and is beautifully furnished, it comprises 3 master en-suite bedrooms one with king-size bed and two with a queen. The main master bathroom has his n hers sinks, large corner tub and separate double shower and toilet. The second master bathroom has a shower and toilet whilst the third master bathroom has a walk-through to shower and toilet.
Plus there is a Disney themed twin bedroom and a further twin room with shared bathroom. All bedrooms have Cable T.V, walk-in wardrobes and the Main master bedroom has a door leading to the pool and patio area. All linen and towels are included and there is a hairdryer in each bathroom. The king master bathroom has hair straightners.
For the children we provide free use of a highchair, travel cot and pushchair, and for their safety there is a security fence provided at the pool.
There is a separate utility room with washer and separate dryer, iron and ironing board.
The double garage is used as Games room complete with full size pool table, table top football (soccer), air hockey and a dartboard.
There is also a Games area upstairs complete with Playstation 3 and games
The villa also has Wi-Fi Internet access, allowing you to keep in touch with “back home”
There is TV lounge with a 50 inch Plasma TV, complete with a Home Theatre sound system, including DVD player.
There is a large family lounge with Cable T.V, DVD player with movies, and telephone. The lounge overlooks the pool area with patio doors leading to the Sun Deck and pool.
The pool is L-shape and there is a large heatable jacuzzi with water cascade. The deck area has been extended and it enjoys the sun all day. Should you prefer there is also a shaded area under the lanai complete with ceiling fan, the pool can be lit at night giving a relaxed atmosphere for you to enjoy whilst dining Alfreso. The pool area is not overlooked. There is enough luxury furniture for all to enjoy. Pool heating is available and the area is screened to provide a bug free environment. There are shower and toilet facilities at the pool. Pool toys are also provided.
The open plan kitchen area, with patio doors leading to the sun deck and pool area, features a large fully equipped kitchen with built in hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice maker and a dishwasher etc. There is a breakfast bar and breakfast table.
In addition there is a formal dining area which seats up to six people
