Family friendly - ideal for 2 families, or Nan & Pops, Mum & Dad and the children, as well as smaller parties too!.

Having good links to the major motorways, the location is convenient for travelling to all the theme parks and beaches or to explore other parts of Florida.

¤ Ground floor Master Bedroom with luxuriously comfortable Queen size bed en-suite facilities comprising a vanity washroom, and large walk-in shower (large enough to share!) room, hairdryer too. The master bedroom has beautiful new furniture, digital cable TV, ceiling fan and telephone, large sliding glass doors offering a perfect view and access to the pool, deck and beautiful conservation area beyond. Wake to the sound of sunshine and bird song.

¤ Half-bathroom/cloakroom is also conveniently situated on the ground floor.

¤ The first floor Second Master Bedroom is a lovely room which has been furnished with beautiful furniture, luxurious queen size (5') bed. We have also added a ceiling fan and alarm-clock radio - we don't want you to miss that early start at the park!

¤ The Twin Bedrooms have been decorated to appeal to all age groups. These rooms are both furnished with 2 twin beds in each room, plus a splash of Disney for our younger guests. Each twin bedroom has a TV/DVD and Playstation with assorted games.

¤ The first floor Family Bathroom has a full size tub, over- bath shower, vanity basin, toilet and another hairdryer.

¤ The Living and Dining Areas are in one very spacious and airy open plan room which has a 17’4” vaulted ceiling. This luxuriously furnished room overlooks the pool and sunbathing patio and in addition to full air-conditioning has been completed with a ceiling fan, 36" digital cable TV, DVD, VCR and radio/cassette/CD system for your enjoyment. And don't forget that sophisticated tiled floor!

¤ The Family Room is a nice room to relax in and enjoy digital cable TV and DVD player and is very conveniently adjoined to the bright eat-in Kitchen and looks onto the gardens to the side and front of the property.

¤ The fully equipped Kitchen has all modern appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, toaster, ice-making fridge, coffee maker, blender, teapot and good quality crockery and cutlery for twelve place settings, plus laundry facilities including washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. Breakfast table in the nook overlooking the pool area.

¤ WOW our fully enclosed private screened and heatable 30 x 15 south-facing pool backs onto a conservation area which provides privacy. The pool ranges from 3’ to 5’ deep and is enhanced with underwater lighting and tropical planters. The screened sunbathing area is furnished to a high standard; with very comfortable padded loungers, padded chairs, side tables and patio table - all in bright Floridian colours, as well as 6 yes 6 sun loungers. Can you imagine yourself relaxing around this peaceful pool after a hard day at the theme parks looking out at that beautiful conservation view.

¤ For our younger and older guests alike we have foosball, air hockey, Swirl-Ball, electronic Darts,
2 Playstations and assorted games, a toy box, with a variety of toys and games, plus pool inflatables and buckets and spades to add to the fun of their Florida holiday.

¤ All prices quoted are per week for your exclusive use of the home, pool and garden - INCLUDES end of stay clean, linen, towels and utilities.

¤ Reservations of less than 1 week will be subject to an end of stay cleaning fee (£55/$90)

¤ £150/$200 per week will secure your reservation.

¤ A fully refundable damage deposit of £200/$350 is payable with the final balance 8 weeks prior to your vacation. This is returned once our management has checked the home after your departure.

¤ Payments are accepted in GB£ or US$, sterling cheques/US dollar checks, and direct UK bank transfers/wires. (US wire subject to fee)
